As well as working for various BBC stations Alan ran his own 4 hour show on a local fm station for over eight years.

In addition to his radio work, Alan loves live work and travels all over the UK commentating at events such as country shows, air displays and pirate battles! indeed he is known as “the voice” of the world famous Albert Dock.
